These events bring the team together in a way that allows them to socialize, relax and get away from the business mindset of their typical interactions. Build a strong team that can depend on each other and get the job done by allowing them to step away and explore their creative side. These events can be held at the office or in a managers home. Whatever the skill level, all team members will get something out of these team building events.

These parties are great for a small office, or a large team. Whether it is teachers and admins, a dental office, real estate teams, or the accounting division of a large firm, these parties are great for building cohesion and morale.

Party Information

Details

We can paint in any location that you choose, as long as it has enough space for all attendees. A large conference room is great for a group of 8-10, the patio of your office with tables and chairs works for larger groups, or even the home of your team leader or manager is great. Any space that can hold enough tables for each painter to have their canvas and paint palette in front of them will do. West Studios Art does not provide tables and chairs.

Please let me know if I will have access to water for filling brush cleaning cups and rinsing brushes afterward. If you will have your event at a location without access to water, just let me know in advance so I can bring jugs.

Any snacks and drinks you would like to have for your party are welcome! Please provide extra table space for that.

Fees

Parties for 6-25 attendees range from $30-$40

$30/painter: 1.5-2 hour duration with a 9x12 or 10x10 canvas - length of party will depend on group size and energy level

$40/painter: 2-2.5 hour duration with a larger canvas (size will vary depending on painting subject)

Supplies

West Studios Art brings enough supplies for all painters to successfully complete their own work of art! Paint, aprons, brushes, paint trays, cups for water to clean brushes, towels for drying brushes and cleaning hands, canvases, and any other supplies needed for a specific painting. Table covers may be provided if you do not have your own.
